"Special cold forged parts" are components that are processed by applying pressure to metal at room temperature (cold), resulting in deformation and shaping. It is possible to manufacture stepped, large-headed, middle-necked, eccentric, and irregular shapes in the shaft section, among others. By using molds made of materials such as cemented carbide for the forging deformation, products with uniform precision can be mass-produced. Additionally, because the fiber flow is continuous, high strength can be achieved.
